Risk Disclosure
This Risk Disclosure describes the risks connected with the use of Finchb and the products it offers. For the products with fixed returns, Finchb names fixed conditions that the app shows before every purchase; even so, every use of crypto assets carries risks that can extend to the complete loss of the amount used. For every product offered, this disclosure shows side by side what can really be earned and what is really at risk. It supplements the Terms of Use and should be read in full before a product is used for the first time.
The products at a glance
The following overview summarizes, for every product currently offered, which stake is possible, which return is in prospect and where the main risk lies. It does not replace the detailed description of the individual products or the basic risks described under “General risks”.

The conditions shown govern
The figures given are the conditions currently set. The conditions the app shows before the respective purchase always govern. Active packages and positions keep the values locked in at purchase, unless something else is described for the respective product.
General risks
Regardless of the individual product, the following basic risks apply to every use of Finchb. They concern the wallet as well as every amount the user deposits into a product, and they come in addition to the specific risks described for the individual products.
- Price risk: crypto assets, including SOL, USDC and other tokens, can lose value sharply. Even a firmly committed return in SOL can lose value in euros or dollars when the SOL price falls; in an unfavorable case, the equivalent value of a balance loses most of its worth.
- No deposit insurance: balances in crypto assets are not bank deposits. They are not covered by any statutory or state deposit insurance.
- Payment commitments of Finchb: with a deposit into a product, the user transfers the deposited amount to Finchb. Fixed returns are payment commitments of Finchb whose amount is set in advance and which Finchb fulfills from the earnings Finchb generates. Their fulfillment depends on Finchb’s ability to pay.
- Irreversibility: a transaction is executed only once the user confirms it in the app; after that it cannot be undone on the Solana blockchain. A wrong recipient address or a wrong network usually means losing the amount. The user is responsible for the correctness of the recipient address.
- Access risk: whoever knows the twelve recovery words or the private key of a wallet can control that wallet. Losing or sharing the words puts the entire balance of the wallet at risk. Finchb never asks for the words by email or message.
- Phishing: fraudulent pages and messages can imitate Finchb. The user should use Finchb only at finchb.com and the product pages under that address and never enter the recovery words on any other page.
- Technical risk: the Solana blockchain, software and connected services can fail, work with delays or contain errors. Individual features can therefore be temporarily unavailable (see “Operational risks”).
- Network fees: every transfer sent from the wallet costs a network fee of about 0.000005 SOL, which goes to the network and not to Finchb. If a recipient has no token account for a token yet, the sender also pays the network’s one-time account rent.
- Changes to the conditions: Finchb can change the conditions of the products for future purchases. Such a change does not affect packages and positions that are already active, unless something else is described for the respective product (see the sections on the individual products).
- No advice: Finchb provides no investment or tax advice. The user decides independently whether and to what extent a product is used.
Grid Bot
The Grid Bot is a flexible balance in SOL with a fixed daily rate of currently 1.03%. The minimum deposit is 0.01 SOL; there is no lock-up. The return accrues by the second from the confirmation of the deposit on the Solana blockchain and, from the first deposit on, is added to the balance every 24 hours, so that return already added earns a further return. Finchb sets the daily rate in advance and pays the return from the earnings Finchb generates.
What can really be earned
- 1.03% per day on the SOL balance as a commitment of Finchb, set in advance.
- Return by the second from the confirmation of the deposit; every 24 hours it is added to the balance and from then on earns a return itself.
- No lock-up: withdrawal at any time with one click, in full or in part, to the active wallet, usually within about a minute.
What is really at risk
- The return is fixed in SOL, its equivalent value in euros or dollars is not. If the SOL price falls, the balance can be worth less than the deposit despite the return.
- Finchb can change the daily rate going forward. A change applies from its effective time, also to existing balances, never retroactively.
- Every withdrawal costs a fee of 1.5% and the network fee of 0.000005 SOL; both are deducted from the amount withdrawn. Withdrawing shortly after the deposit may return less than was deposited.
- The return is a payment commitment of Finchb (see “General risks”).
Example
1 SOL at 1.03% per day with daily compounding grows to about 1.36 SOL after 30 days. If this amount is then withdrawn in full, about 1.34 SOL remain after the fee of 1.5% and the network fee. The equivalent value in euros or dollars depends on the SOL price at the time of the withdrawal and can be lower than at the time of the deposit.
Meme Radar
Meme Radar offers packages with a fixed term of 336 hours and the fixed factor 2.0×: at maturity the user receives the stake plus 100%. Packages are available in SOL or USDC, per package from 0.01 SOL to 1,000 SOL or from 1 USDC to 100,000 USDC. The factor, the term and the early-exit deduction are locked in per package at purchase. The offer may be sold out; new packages then cannot be bought for the time being.
What can really be earned
- Factor 2.0× on the stake after 336 hours, locked in per package at purchase.
- Payout at maturity automatically to the wallet the deposit came from, without any action by the user and without a fee; Finchb pays the network fee of the payout.
- Early exit possible at any time: 75% of the stake is paid back immediately.
What is really at risk
- The stake is locked for the term. An early exit costs 25% of the stake, and the return is forfeited entirely.
- For packages in SOL the price can fall during the term; even 2 SOL at maturity can then be worth less than 1 SOL at purchase.
- At purchase the user pays the network fee, for USDC possibly also the one-time account rent for the token account.
- The payout is a payment commitment of Finchb (see “General risks”).
Example
A package of 1 SOL pays out 2 SOL after 336 hours, a package of 100 USDC pays out 200 USDC. If the SOL package is ended early, 0.75 SOL is paid back immediately; 0.25 SOL is deducted and no return arises.
Prediction
Prediction consists of rounds on the price of SOL in US dollars that follow a fixed time grid; one round lasts 5 minutes. The user bets in USDC, between 1 and 100,000 USDC per bet, always on the next round and on whether the price goes up or down; acceptance ends 15 seconds before the round starts. The start price is fixed when the round starts, the end price one round length later; both come from an independent price oracle. The stakes of a round form a pool which, after deduction of the fee of 1%, is split among the winning side in proportion to the stakes.
What can really be earned
- The winning side shares the pool of a round minus the fee of 1%; the payout goes automatically to the wallet the stake came from.
- With a balanced pool, a winner receives about 1.98 times the stake; if the chosen side holds fewer stakes, the share is higher.
- Refund without a fee if the price stays unchanged, nobody is on the winning side, a bet arrives too late or a round is canceled for lack of a valid price.
What is really at risk
- Every lost round costs the full stake. The total loss of the stake is the normal outcome for the losing side.
- Short-term price moves are not predictable; lasting profits over many rounds are not to be expected.
- The fee of 1% applies to every settled pool. Over many rounds it reduces the combined result of all participants.
- If nobody is on the losing side, the winners only get their stake back minus the fee.
- Transfers outside the stake range of 1 to 100,000 USDC are not accepted as a bet and are sent back only from 0.01 USDC.
Example
A round with 1,000 USDC in the pool: 600 USDC on “up”, 400 USDC on “down”. The fee is 10 USDC, 990 USDC is distributed. If the price rises, a stake of 100 USDC on “up” returns 165 USDC, a profit of 65 USDC. If the price falls, the 100 USDC are lost entirely. Calculation: payout = stake × (pool − fee) ÷ winning side.
Solana Bird
Solana Bird is a game with real balances. Every player has two separate game accounts, one in USDC and one in SOL, which are never converted into each other; the player picks the account at each start. Level 1 is free, higher levels are bought one at a time in the account’s currency. Returns accumulate in a pot, which the player collects. The game contains no element of chance.
What can really be earned
- Level 1 costs nothing: the pot fills while the player is actually playing, with at most about 1 USDC per day in the USDC account or 0.00667 SOL in the SOL account.
- Level 2 costs 33 USDC, in the SOL account 0.22 SOL at a reference rate shown in the game, and earns about 1 USDC or 0.00667 SOL per day; from level 2 the bird flies on its own.
- From level 3 the game earns 3% of the total value of all levels bought so far per day; each level pays for itself in about 33 days if the pot is collected in time.
- Payouts in real USDC or SOL to the player’s Finchb wallet, from any level; the fee is 0%.
What is really at risk
- Level purchases are final: a bought level is not refunded and cannot be downgraded.
- A player who stops playing after a purchase or no longer collects the pot may not earn the purchase price back.
- The pot fills only up to its capacity; time beyond it is lost. A return arises only if the pot is collected in time, and collecting more often earns nothing extra.
- The return rates are a commitment of Finchb and can be adjusted going forward, never retroactively.
- Balances in the SOL account are subject to the SOL price (see “General risks”).
- During disruptions or maintenance, payouts may pause briefly; payouts already requested are processed afterwards, and a new one is simply requested again after the pause.
Example
In the USDC account, level 2 costs 33 USDC and earns about 1 USDC per day. By the rule of the game, a level pays for itself in about 33 days, provided the pot is collected in time. A player who stops after a few days has earned back only a fraction of the price through returns; the purchase itself is not refunded.
Partner program
In the partner program every account receives a personal partner code and a personal link. Only accounts newly created at Finchb through the partner’s link are assigned to the partner, including with a wallet imported into Finchb for the first time; an account that already exists at Finchb cannot be assigned later. The assignment is permanent and covers one level. The referred friend has no disadvantage and pays nothing extra; Finchb pays the commissions from its own funds. Partners see their friends only as pseudonyms, and creating artificial accounts is forbidden.
What can really be earned
- Solana Bird: 3% per level purchase of a friend; per game account, level purchases count only up to the amount the friend has actually deposited into the game.
- Meme Radar: 2.5% per package of a friend.
- Grid Bot: 0.1% per day on a friend’s balance.
- Prediction: 0.125% per settled bet of a friend, on a win as on a loss, not on refunds.
- Every commission is locked in per booking and credited in the currency of the purchase; the assignment of a friend is permanent.
What is really at risk
- Commissions depend on the activity of the referred friends. If they use no product, no commission arises; Finchb commits to no particular income.
- Finchb can change the commission rates. A change applies to later bookings; commissions already booked keep their rate.
- The network fee is deducted from every payout, and on the first payout in USDC also the one-time cost of opening the USDC account.
- Commissions in SOL are subject to the SOL price (see “General risks”).
| Activity of a friend | Commission |
|---|---|
| Purchase of level 2 in Solana Bird | 0.99 USDC |
| Purchase of a Meme Radar package of 100 USDC | 2.5 USDC |
| Balance of 10 SOL in the Grid Bot | 0.01 SOL per day |
| Settled bet of 100 USDC in Prediction | 0.125 USDC |
Payout example
Commissions are collected separately per currency. Once a partner’s USDC balance reaches the equivalent value of $5, the partner can pay it out with one click; the whole balance of that currency is always paid out, minus the network fee and, on the first USDC payout, the one-time cost of opening the USDC account. If the referred friends no longer use any product afterwards, no further commissions arise.
Memecoins and market risks
Besides the products with fixed conditions, the user can hold, send and receive further tokens in the wallet, including memecoins. Finchb makes no commitment for these crypto assets: their value results solely from the market. The app shows prices and logos only for verified tokens; other tokens appear in a separate list.
What the wallet offers
- Through the Swap, crypto assets can be exchanged via an external trading partner: into the wallet from many other networks, and out of the wallet as SOL to an external address.
- Memecoins and other tokens can be held, sent and received in the wallet without leaving Finchb; price gains go entirely to the user.
- The rate of a Swap, including the trading partner’s spread, is shown before confirmation.
What is really at risk
- Memecoins swing extremely and can become completely worthless. Unverified tokens often have no market, so they may no longer be sellable.
- The Swap rate includes the spread of the external trading partner. The quote is valid only for a set period, the trading partner sets minimum and maximum amounts per crypto asset, and the execution time depends on the trading partner and the networks involved.
- Some crypto assets require a memo or tag for the Swap, which must be entered exactly; a refund address can optionally be given. In some regions the Swap is not available; connection data is passed to the trading partner for its region check.
- Market gains, unlike the fixed returns of the products, are not committed; the user bears price losses in full.
- Tokens with certain extensions, such as transfer fees or transfer locks, may be refused.
Check before every exchange
Before confirming a Swap, the user should check the rate shown, the network, the destination address and any memo required. For a Swap out of the wallet, SOL goes to the external address the user enters; a wrong address usually means losing the amount, since blockchain transactions cannot be undone.
Buying through external providers
The Finchb buy page links to external providers. Purchase, payment, fees and identity checks take place entirely at the respective provider and under its terms. Finchb is not a party to the purchase, earns nothing from it and sees no purchase data; only the user’s address is copied for the provider.
What buying offers
- A direct way to SOL or USDC: the provider sends the purchased amount to the user’s address.
- Finchb charges no fee for the purchase and earns nothing from it.
What is really at risk
- Payment methods, fees and identity checks are set by the provider alone; they can differ considerably from provider to provider.
- Finchb is not a party to the purchase and sees no purchase data; the user settles questions about the purchase with the provider.
- USDC must be sent via the Solana network. Delivery via another network can lead to the loss of the amount.
- From the purchase on, the purchased crypto asset is subject to price risk (see “General risks”).
What to check
Before buying, the user should check that the user’s own address, copied from Finchb, is entered at the provider and that Solana is selected as the network. The provider’s terms, fees and checks apply independently of Finchb.
Operational risks
Pauses during disruptions and maintenance
During disruptions or maintenance, payouts may pause briefly. No balance is lost: automatic payouts and payouts already requested are processed afterwards, and a new payout by click is simply triggered again after the pause. During a pause, the user temporarily cannot dispose of the amounts concerned.
External networks and services
Outages or disruptions of external networks and services, including the Solana blockchain, can temporarily interrupt or delay individual features. During that time, deposits, payouts or the display of prices and balances may be temporarily unavailable or available only with a delay.
Changes to the offer
The Finchb offer can change: new products can be added and existing products can be discontinued. If a product is no longer offered, the conditions accepted at purchase continue to apply to active packages and positions.
Verifiability
Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public and can be checked independently by anyone. The public Finchb transactions page lists entries for the products offered with kind, amount, masked wallet address and time; on-chain entries carry a link to the public blockchain record, while credits inside a product are marked as internal.
The principle
Only amounts whose loss would be bearable
The opportunities at Finchb are real, and so are the risks. Crypto assets can lose value quickly and sharply, locked stakes are not freely available for the duration of their term, and all fixed returns are payment commitments of Finchb. The user should therefore use only amounts whose complete loss would be bearable for the user, and check the conditions in the app before every purchase.
